As a coach
I’m passionate about helping people create and live the life they have always wanted – their ideal business, dream career, more quality time, loving and fulfilling relationships, more energy, more balance and more fun!
With a strong business and corporate background, I specialise in providing one-to-one coaching and mentoring for business owners and senior executives, management and employees in service oriented organisations.
I also regularly speak to groups on topics such work/life balance, overcoming procrastination, staying focused, stress management using E.F.T. and I’m also a project sponsor of SAYES (the South Australian Youth Entrepreneur Scheme) providing coaching and mentoring for young entrepreneurs.
Client Base
I work well with people wanting to live a fulfilling and passionate life and willing to do what it takes to make that happen. I particularly enjoy working with SoHo [small office, home office] business owners and corporate executives - especially people in their 20's and 30's, busy professionals and individuals interested in developing their unique talents and gifts.
I have coached over 100 individuals ranging from entrepreneurs to small business owners through to senior executives and employees of large organisations, such as Westpac, Kosmea, IBM, Hunt & Hunt Lawyers, Channel 9, TMP/Hudson Global Resources and Macquarie Equities Limited.
Background
My professional background includes 18 years experience working as a Chartered Accountant and Senior Manager in large International Chartered Accounting practices, advising small business owners, entrepreneurs and senior executives of large organisations on operating successful business ventures. I also served as a Director of an Adelaide-based Credit Union for 9 years and have written business and life coaching articles and columns for SA InBusiness and Adelaide's innerSelf magazines.
