The specialist areas we deliver on the site aim to follow working mums through their employment life cycle. We recognise that the boundaries of work / life balance change continuously for working mums and we aim to adapt to the needs of this unique and dynamic community.

Womums will work closely with employers and recruitment companies to develop links and partnerships with a skilled and experienced work force.

The site will include many options for connecting working mums and return to work mums with today's work force.
