 The year is 2010 and Australia is getting closer to paid paretnal leave.
What are your thougths on the scheme? How does it impact your current situation? What does this mean for future work and family life.

Having lived in the work,life balance juggle / circus for over 5 years now, will it make it any easier for working families. By this mean I mean womums?? Will we be better of finacially? Will the career break help? Will it make it difficult to get back into the work force? How will this change the work place relationships with our employer's pre child rearing days.
